A $100.00/$200.00 (depending on the complex) security deposit is due within 10 days of reservation (by check). Security deposit is over and above the rent amount. Total rent amount is due 30 days before check-in. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to check-in, must be paid by cashiers check, Visa or Master Card. If canceled more than 30 days from check-in, there will be a $100.00 cancellation fee.  Less than 30 days from check-in, 1/2 of rent will be forfeited unless re-rented.  If re-rented, any difference between the rental amounts will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Backing up to the San Juan National Forest, our privately owned lodging consists of luxury two and three bedroom townhomes.

Our town houses back up to the San Juan National Forest with fantastic views of the mountains behind, and view of the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Train and the crimson colored cliffs of the north Animas Valley and Missionary Ridge in the front.

We specialize in family reunions and wedding groups of up to 26 people, but the units are perfect for a gathering of a few friends and/or family.
